UCCSU Special Representative Elections will be taking place from the 16th - 18th October, and we need you!

The following positions will be open for election:

‍

• Postgraduate Student Representative:
  • Represents Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research students
  • Sits on the UCCSU Executive & University Committees, including UCC Governing Authority

‍

• Mature Student Representative:
  • Represents mature students
  • Sits on the UCCSU Executive

‍

• International Student Representative:
  • Represents Non-EU International students
  • Sits on the UCCSU Executive

Election Key Dates

Nominations: Monday 7th October 9am - Friday 11th October 5pm

Hustings: Tuesday 15th October 6pm

Voting: Wednesday 16th October 9am - Friday 18th October 1pm

Results: Friday 18th October at 5pm

How do I run?

1. Collect your nomination forms from the UCCSU Offices at 54 College Road from Monday October 7th at 9am.
2. Collect a minimum of 150 nominations (signatures from UCC registered students).
3. Return your completed nomination forms along with a one A4 page manifesto of maximum 500 words in length by Friday October 11th at 5pm.
